Directions & Tips for Sea Moss Use

Sea moss can be ingested internally, up to 1-2 tablespoons a day, or applied to the skin 1-2 times a week as a face or hair mask.
To prolong the shelf life of sea moss, store it in the freezer until ready for use.
Upon receiving sea moss, refrigerate it for 24-48 hours before consumption.
The recommended daily amount is 1-2 tablespoons, with the option to take up to 1/4 cup.
If stored in an airtight container, sea moss without fruit can last in the fridge for up to 1 month and in the freezer for 4-6 months.
Sea moss with fruit lasts 1-2 weeks, is perishable, and must be kept in the fridge at all times.

Very disappointed in the Mango Pineapple sherbet Sea Moss. Came completely watery and when I opened the jar of sea moss it sounded as if I were opening a can of soda. I was confused as when the package was received it was placed in the refrigerator right away. Now this was my first time ever trying sea moss it wasn’t until my friend who is a big believer in sea moss freaked out and told me NOT to take that as it was spoiled and I can get very sick. I was so upset as these items are expensive compared to others, there is no customer service to speak to and there is no sort of compensation when matters like this were to arise. I feel scammed out of my money and my health as putting spoiled sea moss in the body can make you sick. Do not recommended this product and make sure you do your research on the business and read the reviews. They don’t care about your health only that coin.

I received it somewhat cool with one little thin ice pack, so I was a bit disappointed. When this company first launched in 2021, and I ordered two jars of sea moss, they were packaged well with hot ice; well protected. I took a chance and decided to keep them because I ordered two jars; usually do. I didn’t want to waste my money. It makes me nervous to eat it, but it seemed ok. Flavor was mild but I was able to eat half the jar before it went bad. Didn’t last long. It would be nice if this company went back to using the hot-ice/better insulation for this product. Otherwise, the customer is risking losing their money and receiving spoiled goods.
